After the first stay
After the first completed stay, you will automatically receive a basic 10% discountand permanent guest status for all subsequent direct bookings.

After the third stay
After three completed stays, the status is automatically upgraded to privileged.

Loyalty Program Rules
The Granin House loyalty program is designed for our regular guests. The more often you stay with us, the more benefits and personal discounts you get.
Basic rules of participation:
- Participation in the program is free of charge.
- Only bookings made directly through the official website, by phone, email, or via Granin House messengers are counted.
- The participant's status increases automatically after the program conditions are fulfilled.
- The discount is valid only for future bookings and cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers and promo codes.
- To receive a discount, you must use the same phone number or email address that was provided for previous bookings.
- In case of cancellation or no-show, the stay is not counted towards the upgrade of the program.
- Granin House reserves the right to change the terms of the loyalty program. Up-to-date information is always available on the official website.
- Discounts apply only to the cost of accommodation and do not apply to additional services, unless otherwise specified separately.
